In 2023, with the current contract set to expire, the Teamsters mounted increasing pressure on UPS to improve working conditions or face the might of 340,000 workers walking off the job. Through intimate portraits and on-the-ground reporting, this documentary showcases the power of collective action, capturing organizing efforts led by union leaders as they negotiate for members of North America’s largest labor organization.
