Description
WITH LIVE ACCOMPANIMENT ON THE MIGHTY WURLITZER!
Two young men, one rich, one middle class, both in love with the same woman, become US Air Corps fighter pilots and, eventually, heroic flying aces during World War I. Devoted best friends, their mutual love of the girl eventually threatens their bond. Meanwhile, a hometown girl who's the lovestruck lifelong next door neighbor of one of them pines away.
This screening will feature accompaniment by Brett Valliant, one of America's leading theatre organists, who is delighted to perform a score to this film in our cinema. A frequent performer at conventions of the American Theatre Organ Society and the American Guild of Organists, Brett has toured extensively throughout the United States, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. In 2021, he was honored as Organist of the Year by the American Theatre Organ Society. Currently, Brett is one of two resident organists at the iconic Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa, Arizona, home to the world’s largest theatre organ and a destination that entertains thousands of guests each year.
