Carvd N Stone x Milwaukee Film Presents: Voices of the Black Press
Join us for a powerful Black History Month experience as Carvd N Stone partners with Milwaukee Film to host a FREE community screening of the documentary, The Black Press: Soldiers Without Swords.
This groundbreaking film explores the historic role of Black-owned newspapers and media outlets, platforms that informed, protected, and empowered African Americans during pivotal moments in our nation’s history.
Following the screening, stay with us for a one-hour talkback featuring leading voices in local Black media and journalism.
