Announcing: MFF 2013 Passport: Germany

posted by MKE Film on August 8, 2013

You’ve been so patient, Milwaukee, and we’re so proud of you for it. But the time has come to officially start announcing films for the 2013 Milwaukee Film Festival, presented by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

First up: our annual Passport program. Two years ago, we took you to India. Last year, to China. This year, we’re looking deep into our city’s rich origins and heading to Europe. Specifically: Germany.

Passport: Germany will spotlight a selection of films made by eight German (and one Australian) filmmakers. Each film is set at least partially in Germany, and deals with themes and subjects directly connected to the country.

(Visit the official Passport: Germany page to read full film descriptions. Click on the film title to watch the trailer.)
