Five Salvadoran single mothers join forces to form a theater company in this observational documentary. As they begin to tell their personal stories they are forced to face past traumas and cycles of multigenerational abuse, and seek healing through their collective performances. This raw, moving documentary examines the healing powers of art and community, and the strength required to face your past in order to create a better future.
