Wisconsin audiences can always benefit from history that will leave them intellectually nourished while thirsting for a beer, and Aaron Hosé's ONE PINT AT A TIME is a film that delivers. While only 1% of craft breweries are Black-owned–including People's Brewery, which was once located in Wisconsin–this documentary tells the stories behind the statistics and highlights the entrepreneurs shifting the perception of not only who drinks beer, but who makes it.
