Black Lens Council

MKE Film : Membership

In 2014, Black Lens was created with a singular focus: to spotlight the incredible work of African-American filmmakers by bringing their films to the Milwaukee Film Festival. As a response to members of our community who wanted to support Black Lens programming initiatives, the Black Lens Council membership program was launched in 2016.

If you want to support Black Lens’ commitment to impacting the community through film, read over the benefit packages, and reach out to Geraud Blanks at geraud@mkefilm.org. (PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up as a BLC member now, your benefits will start for the 2018 film festival.)
