A panel conversation exploring how the pandemic has highlighted and compounded issues of work/life balance for working mothers. Discussion to focus on effects of working from home, inadequate childcare, gender pay gap, large number of women leaving the workforce, impact on children as well as how these issues may continue or shift following the pandemic.
